Our Story
Igneous Strata was formed in the late 1960s by childhood friends Willie Austen, Tony Curtis, Myron Wasylkiw and Malcolm Field. Five decades, a few continent moves and a lot of life later, the band is still recording and playing today.
With musical influences rooted in progressive rock and blues, Igneous Strata bring the lyrical depth and musical diversity of classic prog rock to life in the 21st Century.
